Refund policy
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at cemetricderell@gmail.com before sending any items back.
We accept returns for orders under $150 within 8 days of delivery, as long as:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging is included
- The return request was approved by our team
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
Love your item but need a different size or color?
We're happy to help.
- Email us with your order number
- Let us know which size or product you want instead
- Ship the original item back once approved
Once we receive your return, we will send your new item.
International Returns
If returning an item from outside the United States:
- Clearly mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS"
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees incurred
- Cemetric Derell® is not liable for customs charges on returned items
Avoiding proper labeling may result in customs charges that will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Eligible refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect your return.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- If you paid via bank transfer or invoice, please provide your account details
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank
Please include your contact information and a tracking number for faster processing.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives. damaged:
- Notify us immediately at cemetricderell@gmail.com
- Provide photos of the damage (if applicable)
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Unclaimed Packages
Packages not collected within 10 days may be returned to us.
Unclaimed packages may incur a handling fee to cover return shipping and administrative costs.
